Most Unidev project managers have over 10 years in project management experience. They have the authority and responsibility to make sure we meet our commitments. The managers use advanced project management tools including web based tracking tools to allow them to track every task as well as keep customers well informed of the project status.
Proper design is the second critical ingredient for success.. Using the right technologies, architectures, and interfaces can mean the difference between a smooth project and one that constantly experiences issues with performance, security, capacity and sometimes capability. Designing a large application requires a broad based background not only in the relevant technologies but also in business requirements since the primary goal is to solve the business need using the quickest and most cost effective means.
Communications is the third key component. Unidev uses web based tools to keep a constant communication channel open with the customer. These tools track and keep every document, activity, task and decision made for the project and will form the basis for the system's documentation.
